From our "wine taster extraordinaire" Kelly, here are the first tasting notes for our 2012 Chardonnay, made with grapes from the Ancient Lakes of Washington AVA near Quincy, Washington.
Nose: Honey, almond, vanilla.
Mouth: Vanilla, soft oak, crisp apple, kiwi, melon, citrus. Very dry.
Would pair wonderfully with: Sharp or bleu cheeses, veal piccata, pesto salmon, margherita pizza.

This is a private club which gives you the opportunity, after signing up as a member, to visit the winery for a private tasting. The winery will not have tasting room hours; instead, it will be open by appointment to our club members only. Sign up is in the column to the left. PLEASE NOTE: Currently, all of our tastings are being done outdoors, with a limit of four adults at a tasting. (We are sorry, but no children at this time, and no large groups.)
